Accordara is a marketplace management platform that enables businesses to connect and manage their e-commerce operations across multiple marketplace platforms including TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. Our service provides order management, product catalog viewing, and marketplace data synchronization.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Marketplace Integrations

By connecting your marketplace accounts, you authorize Accordara to access your marketplace data through official APIs within the scope of permissions you grant. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your marketplace account from our platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or connected marketplace APIs
  • Use the service to violate any marketplace platform's terms of service

6. Limitation of Liability

Accordara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, marketplace API downtime, or interruptions in service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease and all marketplace connections will be disconnected.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
